Week 3 Standings
Hello Coaches,
This is a friendly reminder to let you know we are still waiting on
several scores to be reported or confirmed. We would like to confirm the
score with both teams if at all possible. Please look at the ICL Sports
website under softball score reports or cut and paste the link below, and
if you see your team in yellow that is the score we are waiting on. If you
see your team in red then we need you to confirm that score against your
books:

If your score is yellow and you fail to report your missing score(s) by
the following Sunday we will take that as a confirmation, and the score
reported by the other team will become permanent. If your score is red
and the other team confirms and your team does not we will take that as a
confirmation, and will accept the confirmed teams confirmation. We are
trying to do this as fairly as possible, but we cannot do our job if you
do not do yours by reporting, and confirming your scores each week. Both
home and away teams should report and confirm scores each week. In the
future please attempt to report your scores as soon as possible after the
game and confirm your score if necessary every Tuesday after the weekly
score reports are posted.

Corrected Information on score status
If your team score is in GREEN that score has been submitted.
If your team score is in YELLOW You haven’t submitted that score.
If your team score is in RED, You have submitted your score but there was a conflict with a score report from another coach. Please check your books and resubmit your score.

Softball Meeting Tonight
Coaches,
The last ICL Softball meeting for the 2015 season is Today, April 27th at 7:00 p.m. at PARAMOUNT CHRISTIAN CHURCH on 3816 COLLEGE STREET SE in LACEY. The meeting date, time, location and directions are also posted on our web site at www.ICLSPORTS.org.
You will need to bring your team fee of $350 per team (checks payable to ICL), completed registration form, signed waiver forms, your current roster, and completed State Patrol Background Check forms for each of your coaches if you have players under the age of 18. All necessary forms can be printed from our web site.
PLEASE NOTE: We will play at the Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights starting at 6 p.m. All divisions will be determined using win/loss records from last year, not by a team’s preferred night of play. If your team is a Coed team and does not have a win/loss record from last year you will be placed in a middle division (D, E).

Softball Meeting Highlights!
We had a great meeting yesterday at Paramount Christian. Some of the highlights from our meeting were:
- – Three balls is a walk, two strikes is an out. The second foul ball after one strike is an out. Rule remains the same as last year.
- – Courtesy Runner rule Teams can use as many courtesy runners as needed. The courtesy runner must be of the same gender and must be either the last out or the farthest away in the lineup.
- – USSSA Bats are not required, but if you are buying a new bat it is recommended.
- – New USSSA Youth Waiver Forms are required along with the ICL Youth Waiver Form.
- – And the Most Exciting News is Team Fee’s Are Only $350 This Year!
Make sure you have all your required registration forms ready on April 27th, 2015 at 7pm at the Paramount Christian Church. (Team Registration Form and Washington State Patrol Form)

First Softball Meeting!
